Hi, my name is Melody. I am a mother to two beautiful children: a boy and a girl. They are most definitely my heart on the outside. I also have lost 9 precious little ones and those babies are definitely missed and loved. I am a certified birth doula and have been working in the birth field for a while. I cannot say it enough, “I LOVE IT!”
As a doula, I do not replace your medical team or your support people. I only add to your birth experience. I can and will support any birth, any outcome. I love working with moms, dads, and supporting people in the prenatal time frame to prepare you for labor, delivery, and beyond. My biggest goal, prayer, and mission are to be able to serve in whatever way I can while educating you on your birth options and helping you to have as healthy as possible pregnancy, birth, and beyond.
When first meeting, I would love to chat in a public place of your choice in order to discuss when you are due, the kind of doula services I can provide, my scope of practice, and what you can expect from me as a doula. I will also provide services in connecting you with the community around you, any free services that may be available to you, and what classes you may be interested in taking. I cannot wait to get to know you more!
